RETURN POLICY
In the event that you are dissatisfied with a product(s) purchased from LCBMG, you may return it within 30 days of its shipment date (unless specifically noted at the time of sale), by the following procedure:
(1) Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) Number from LCBMG by e-mailing returns@lewisandclarkproducts.com or calling (406) 844-3630, prior to the return. A shipping address for the return will be provided when the RA Number is assigned. You may want to insure your return, since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
(2) The RA Number must be written on the outside of the package, prior to its return.
(3) The original Packing List must be included with the returned merchandise.
(4) The product must be returned to our location within 30 days of our original shipment date, with shipping prepaid.
(5) The product(s) must be received by LCBMG in original condition and with all parts present.
When those conditions are met, a credit will be issued in the amount paid for the product(s), less any original shipping charges. An appropriate restocking charge may be levied if the product is returned in unsatisfactory condition or some parts are missing.
